Payments
Initial Deposit
To secure your booking, an initial advance payment of 50% of the total price is typically required. Should you need to cancel a booking after it has been confirmed, this advance payment will be subject to our cancellation penalties. Please note, some tours or activities may require full payment upfront due to strict supplier conditions.
Important: An advance payment does not constitute a guaranteed booking. All reservations are subject to confirmation from our service providers.
In the rare event that we cannot confirm your booking and you do not wish to make alternative arrangements, we will inspect your case and notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Final Payment
Once your booking is confirmed by our suppliers, the remaining balance is due. Failure to complete the final payment by the specified deadline may lead to the cancellation of your reservation and the forfeiture of your initial deposit.
Quick Bookings: For any bookings made less than 14 days before the start date of the activity, payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
Cancellations, Refunds & Booking Changes
Cancellation by You
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Reach Andaman. An administrative fee applies to all customer-initiated cancellations. The following scale of charges will be applied when a cancellation is requested:
Important Cancellation Terms:
- We are unable to provide refunds if you decide to withdraw from a package or activity after it has commenced
- This includes any missed sightseeing, meals, entertainment, or other unused services
- Any revision or amendment to a confirmed booking will incur an administrative fee
- Changes made to your tour date or itinerary within 7 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation
Cancellation by Us
Activities may occasionally be delayed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our or our suppliers' control, such as:
- Severe weather conditions
- Accidents or safety concerns
- Government restrictions
- Other force majeure events
In these situations, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion and that of the activity provider. We will notify you of any such cancellation as soon as we are made aware. Please note that an administrative fee may still be applied.
Liability Limitation: Our financial liability is strictly limited to the amount of payment we have received from you.
Refunds & Liability
Refund Process
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your cancellation request and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Automatic Refunds: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days for standard cancellations.
Complex Cases: For complex refund cases requiring supplier coordination or dispute resolution, refunds may take up to 3 months from the date the refund is initiated to appear in your account.
Payment Gateway Processing: Please be aware that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account is subject to third-party timelines, including bank and payment gateway policies.
Insurance & Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reach Andaman accepts no liability for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that you or anyone in your party may suffer or incur arising from the activities or in connection with your contract with us.

- Purchase comprehensive travel and health insurance before your trip
- You are solely responsible for your personal belongings at all times during the activity
- Ensure you understand all terms and conditions before booking
